5th June 2015

Bridging the Gap is a work based traineeship that supports young people with learning disabilities into employment.  Working in partnership with MMU and New Bridge School Oldham students from Melland High gain employability skills by working alongside MMU staff in a range of work location during three work experience placements.  Students learn a range of practical skills as well as the softer skills of self-confidence, communication and problem solving required to advance and progress in the modern world.
