Melland High School has a Strategic 3 year School Improvement Plan and an Annual School Improvement Plan.
The School Improvement Plan is monitored and evaluated by the IMPACT group which is representative of thewhole school community.
Members from Melland High School will include; the headteacher, an assistant headteacher (chair), the head of business and administration, a teacher, a teaching and learning assistant, a pupil representative and a parent/carer. From the community, representation will be made from a partner primary school, a partner high school and community/business partners.
All identified priority areas will have a detailed action plan for implementation at the appropriate point over the three-year period.
